Terms of Use
Effective: 2026-07-05 · The Sports Registry (TSR)
1. The Service
TSR (The Sports Registry) is a license and membership management platform for sports federations, technically operated by 3T Media FZE, registration no. 20352/2026, United Arab Emirates (referred to as we or the Processor).
The platform allows sports federations from any country (each, a federation) to manage their members, issue and manage licenses, qualifications and competitions, and lets members (member or you) view their licenses and documents and communicate with their federation online or via the mobile app. TSR is not limited to Lithuanian federations — the platform is available to federations worldwide. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Registration and accounts
You can create an account yourself (self-registration), or your federation administrator may create one on your behalf — this is commonly done for younger athletes or new members admitted through the federation's physical membership process.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity on your account. If you notice unauthorized access, notify your federation or us immediately — see Section 14.
3. Licenses and documents
Licenses and qualifications are issued by the federation, based on its own rules, the requirements of the sport, and the documents you submit (passport, medical certificate, insurance, etc.). We (the platform operator) do not make and do not influence these decisions.
You are responsible for the authenticity and currency of any documents you upload. A federation administrator may reject a document if it is inaccurate, expired, or does not meet requirements.
An active penalty (warning, suspension, disqualification) may automatically suspend related licenses within the same federation — see Section 14 of the Privacy Policy.
4. Public license verification (QR)
Every license you hold has a unique QR code intended for public verification without logging in (e.g. during a competition). When scanned, your name, photo, license status, and other license-related data are shown publicly — see Section 6 of the Privacy Policy for details. By using the platform, you understand and agree to this public verification feature.
5. Fees
The amount and payment terms of license fees are set by your federation. Payment status (paid/unpaid/waived) is currently marked manually by the federation administrator according to the federation's own internal process.
We are currently rolling out automated payment collection via Stripe — once this feature is enabled, you will be able to pay your license fee directly on the platform by card; card data will be handled exclusively by Stripe (a PCI DSS Level 1 certified platform) and will not be stored by us. We will announce the rollout in advance through the platform and by email, and these terms will be updated accordingly.
6. Federation administrator responsibility
The federation administrator is responsible for:
- Accurate decisions on issuing, renewing, or suspending licenses and qualifications.
- Reviewing and approving/rejecting member documents.
- Lawful processing of its members' (including minors', where applicable) personal data.
- Clearly communicating fees, membership terms, and penalty procedures to its members.
The TSR platform is a technical tool — we are not responsible for a federation's decisions on membership, license issuance, or the assessment of athletic readiness.
7. Member responsibility
The member is responsible for:
- Providing accurate information and authentic documents.
- The security of their account and login credentials.
- Safeguarding their physical license card/document containing a QR code — if lost, others can use the public verification feature (see Section 4).
- Respectful conduct toward the federation administration when corresponding through the platform.
8. Prohibited conduct
It is prohibited to:
- Use the platform for unlawful activity.
- Upload forged documents or documents belonging to another person.
- Attempt to gain access to other members' accounts, documents, or data.
- Burden the platform with automated requests (scraping, DDoS, etc.) or attempt to bypass QR verification rate limits.
- Use the platform to unlawfully access another federation's data.
Violating these terms may result in the account being suspended or terminated without prior notice.
9. Intellectual property
The TSR platform, its design, and its source code belong to 3T Media FZE. Copying, distributing, or modifying it without written permission is prohibited.
Federations retain ownership of their own content (logo, name, rules), but grant TSR a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the platform for the purpose of membership administration.
10. Limitation of liability
The TSR platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not liable for: a federation's decisions regarding membership or licenses; indirect losses; technical failures caused by third-party infrastructure (internet providers, the server operator, etc.); or consequences arising from a member's inaccurate or forged data.
11. Account suspension and termination
You may request account deactivation at any time through your federation or by contacting us — see Section 14.
We or the federation administrator may suspend or deactivate an account if:
- These terms or the Privacy Policy are violated.
- Fraud, forged documents, or abuse is detected.
- A lawful request from a government authority is received.
- Membership in the federation ends.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates — the country where the Processor (3T Media FZE) is registered. This applies regardless of which country your federation is registered in or where you are located. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation; failing that, before a competent United Arab Emirates court.
If your federation or you are located outside the United Arab Emirates, you may additionally have mandatory consumer protection rights under your own country's law, which this clause cannot limit.
EU/EEA consumers retain their own country's mandatory consumer protection rights, which this clause cannot limit. For any dispute, we invite you to contact us directly first — see Section 14.
13. Changes to these terms
We will notify you of material changes to these terms by email or through the platform at least 30 days in advance. By continuing to use the platform after the changes take effect, you confirm that you agree to the new terms.
14. Contact
For questions about these terms, please use a single contact: info@esolutions.lt (a temporary contact until a dedicated tsr.lt domain mailbox is set up).
